Today we have the privilege of sharing an early stream of ‘Amaltheia‘ the self-titled debut album from U.K./Greece based black metal quartet AMALTHEIA which releases this Friday, March 11th on Vinyl, Compact Disc, Cassette Tape and Digitally by way of cult label Godz Ov War Productions. Forged from a bestial core and ripped from the viscera of death-wrought and blasting black metal the union malevolence presented by Amaltheia is both raw and exciting in its realization beyond their well received 2019 demo tape. ‘Amaltheia‘ reeks of rotten atmospheric furor, the vengeance of the dead growling from the pit of this fine debut from front to back. Fans of the more dissonant and chaotic side of Mayhem, the earlier records from Aosoth and the barking shatter of Kriegsmachine can expect admirably torturous tone and cold sentiment available herein.
